Join Gemma for an introduction to using a cut-pile electric tufting gun to create a rug!

Please book your chosen date for session 1 , you can then choose your session 2 at that session, the available dates are below.

You will need to come with a rug design idea, upon booking you will receive a detailed email with a lots of links to inspirational rug designs and lots of top tips, you can send us your idea in advance if you want to check its suitability.

At the studio we have a choice of over 50 colours of yarn which can be selected on the day.

Session 1 - will take the full 3 hours so please try to arrive on time, you need to complete your full rug and then apply latex at the back of your rug which will then be left to dry for at least 12 hours.

Session 2 will be more relaxed and just take 2-2.5hrs, to make it easier for you to fit this in to your busy life there will be several dates to choose from, during this session you will be shaving your design, cutting it from the frame and applying a felt backing so it s ready to use!

Session 2 options - (NOTE : the glue takes 12 hours to dry so you can’t select the same day as part 1)

Thursday 16th May 11.30am - 2pm or 6.30-9pm
