Lark Design Make runs Adult craft parties for women - and men - who love a glass of fizz, a good natter and the chance to get crafty! It can be for a birthday, re-union or any other occasion!
Your Adult craft party can be held at our Cardiff studio - in Cathays - we can host groups from 6 to 22 people
All parties are 2.5 hours and range from £28-£35 per person
We have chosen crafts that we feel work well for a mixed group but we are open to offering crafts that you may have seen on our social media recently.
Benefits of a Lark Party…
There are many great things about having a Adult craft party with us, one of the main ones is that you can bring alcoholic drinks & snacks for your short break time. There are lots of great food and drink options nearby for before or after your craft activity.
We also try and keep the event nice and simple for you, this includes us decorating the studio with colourful bunting and personalised photo props
We have a booking process so you can focus on other parts of your event.
How to book a Lark party…
Step 1 : Complete the enquiry form below we will reply with our availability within 2 days
Step 2 : If we are available to host your party we will send a link to pay a £50 deposit to secure the date
Step 3 : Once the deposit is received we will get all the crafty materials ready for you and will be in touch again just over a week before your event to confirm final numbers, we will then send a final invoice which should be paid 7 days before the event.

Events Elsewhere
We occasionally bring our crafts to you, we have done Adult craft parties in bars & homes, we do have much less availability for these events as it takes much longer for us to prepare and travel to these events, there may be an additional cost to cover travel.
Party Prices 2024
All of our craft parties are 2.5 hours and include a short break
Our prices are worked out per person, the minimum group size is 6
6-8 attendees = £35 per person
9-12 attendees = £30 per person
13+ attendees = £28 per person
Macramé
Suitable for Craft fans
Get immersed in an addictive knotting workshop to make a macramé leaves wall hanging or a plant hanger.
We have a wide selection of coloured rope to choose from, meaning you can match your hanging perfectly to your home.
Once you have mastered the skill in your workshop, you have freedom to continue your creative endevours of macrame at home!
Jesmonite
Suitable for all
Create 3 terrazo style items from a selection of coaster and small pot moulds.
Select a cohesive colour scheme and try out marbling and terrazzo techniques. Once you have created your decor items, enjoy the pleasure of using your creations at home!
Lipstick and Lip balms *
Suitable for all
Great workshop for a party atmosphere! Perfect for a group of mixed ages and crafting abilities!
Choose your own scents and colours from a wide selection and enjoy packaging up your lipsticks and lip balms for a beautiful final product.
Everyone will make 4 lipsticks and 6 lip balms.

Candle Making *
Suitable for all
Great for a get together as a really creative and relaxing experience.
Customize your candles with aromatic scents and vibrant colours!
We provide jars but encourage you to bring your own to reduce waste
Make 2 candles and 4 tealights

Ceramics
Suitable for all
Join Aquila from Love & Lovelier to make ceramic mini bunting, hearts or houses. A stunning addition to decorate your house with!
Please note, your designs will be taken away to be fired and glazed, ready for collection around 2 weeks later.
Wire Crafts
Suitable for craft fans
Our wire tutors Nina and Beth have a range of workshops suitable for a group including a driftwood sign, a floral centre piece and seasonal wall hanging.
Wire words and shapes
Suitable for all
Manipulate thick wire into interesting shapes; either using templates provided or creating your very own designs. To make your designs unique, you then form a long length of cord using our knitting dolly machines to cover them.
Polymer Clay Jewellery
Suitable for craft fans
Em from Just Clayin will guide you through creating 3 pieces of colourful jewellery.
Make, cure and assemble a couple of pieces during the workshop so you can all make pieces to match your outfits. We have a selection of coloured clay to mirror your unique sense of style; perfect additions to your jewellery collection.
You will also have time to make a couple of extra pieces that can be taken home and popped in a home oven to cure after the event.
Dried Flower Wreath
Suitable for all
Have fun making beautiful dried flower wreaths that can be displayed on indoor all year round!
Soap Making *
Easy & super relaxing, therefore suitable for all ages & craft interests!
Make 5 soaps, all will be using a fresh batch of melt and pour soap so they can be in unique colours, fragrances and they can be decorated with an array of dried ingredients.
