Moving On Up

Exciting news / update alert!! The Lark studio is moving! We have officially moved into a new huge studio space on Dogfield Street, Cathays. We can hardly contain our excitement but more on that to follow...

We’ve Moved!

So here is the map of where exactly the new space is located. We are on the corner of Dogfield Street at number 36. We have already explored the area, with Dogfield being just off Crwys Road which has a ton of great shops and eateries. There is better parking around this space and more importantly sooooo much more space inside than our little Lochaber Street studio.

So why exactly did we decide to move?
Although our little space in the back of Cardiff MADE will always hold a special place in our hearts along with so many thanks to Zoe, Josh, Joe and Lucia of MADE for the past 2 years - there were a few reasons why it was time to move on!
Most importantly, we wanted the space for our business to grow - there is more room for a big shop and to prepare for our online business orders. There's also more room for people's comfort and two spaces for classes allowing for more variety (including the return of craft night!), alongside the new shop. We will have set shop opening hours for all your gift & craft purchase needs!

But don't worry as we won't be giving up Zoom anytime soon...

Zoom!

Yes that's right, we plan to still offer Zooms as we have connected with people from all over the UK (and on rare occasions worldwide!) We are loving the way it has brought people together, whether that was one of our hen do's or staff get togethers, it's been great!

We are hoping to open the studio to kids from the 17th of May - including Craft Club days during May half term. We are waiting for a government announcement before we make any decisions on adult classes but we have our fingers crossed that they can go ahead starting end of May / early June.

Memories!

Funnily enough it was around this time 2 years ago that Lark moved into MADE and hosted our launch party! It's pretty crazy looking back at pictures of so many lovely faces crammed into that tiny space and hopefully that can be the future in the new space with many more faces and a whole lot more wiggle room haha!
