Due to popular demand we are opening up a second chance to join our crochet a Nordic style Christmas Blanket using the Corner 2 Corner (C2C) technique! The schedule for these 7 sessions is a bit random as we had already scheduled Sept & October when our first evening class sold out so we had to find space, but it is basically on the final 2 Wednesdays of each month.

The course is £90 for 7 taught sessions (23/9, 30/9, 21/10, 28/10, 18/11, 25/11 & 16/12)

The sessions will focus the Corner 2 Corner (C2C) stitch which enables you to build up patterns and ultimately create squares that can be joined together to create the 9 square blanket, the individual squares also make gorgeous cushion covers so you don't have to feel that you have to make all 9 if you don't have time or luckily Christmas comes around every year ;-)

It is suitable for total beginners to novice crocheters, if you are a total beginner we would recommend you book our beginners crochet workshops, so you can get some practice in general crochet techniques before the start date when we will all be learning the C2C stitch.The great thing about the 9 individual squares is that it is easy to crochet on the go as each square is not too big, there are loads of patterns available so your blanket will be totally unique, you can start with easy patterns and build up to harder patterns.

Please note the cost does not include the wool/yarn, you will be shown examples of suitable wool from Shaws/HobbyCraft etc and you will have 1 week after the first session to purchase your chosen wool and start square 1, you will be practicing on our wool during session 1. (The material will cost from £20 upwards for the whole blanket)

The cost does include all the patterns, a travel case, a step by step guide, reminder video tutorials, a hook and yarn cutter. Also hot drinks and sweet snacks during all the sessions.
